Use the settings menu in DAX Copilot for Dragon Medical One
About the Settings menu
The Settings menu is available only in the DAX Copilot desktop app. Any changes apply to both desktop and mobile. Settings enables you to:

Customize alerts and message preferences.

Manage heading styles.
-
Launch the Style panel for advanced formatting.
Select the ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ icon to open Settings.
Confirmations and warnings
At the top of the menu, use radio buttons to set your warning message preferences. Toggle settings on or off using the slider on the right. Available options are:

Show a warning when first editing a summary
-
Show a warning when archiving a summary
-
Show a warning when reverting a summary
Notes:Â

Once editing begins, ambient recordings can no longer be added to a summary.

Archived summaries are locked and cannot be edited or restored.
Summary style and settings
Go to Manage My Style and select the arrow to open the Style panel. Learn more about the style panel.
​​​​​​​After selecting your style, return to the Settings menu and enable Auto-run to apply your preferences to all new recordings.
Section heading transfer options
Use the following options to configure headings when you transfer notes to the EHR:

Transfer Headings: Toggle ON to include headings; OFF to transfer content without headings.

Heading Format: Choose between ALL CAPS​​​​​​​or Title Case.

Include Colon After Heading: Adds a colon after each heading.

Add Extra Line Break After Header: Inserts a blank line after each heading.
