In Outlook Mobile, your messages are grouped by conversation by default. This feature is called Group emails by conversation on iOS and Android.Â
This feature can be enabled or disabled in the Outlook settings menu. When disabled, messages belonging to the same conversation will appear individually within your message list.
To disable Group emails by conversation on iOS and Android:

In Outlook, from the message list, tap on your mail icon in the upper-right corner to bring up the folder pane, then tap Settings.

Tap on the Mail option under the General section.

Tap on the Email Organization option under the Inbox section.

Toggle Group emails by conversation to OFF.​​​​​​​
Once disabled, the change will take effect immediately within your message list.
